Two small quality of life improvements, in response to recently created issues.

Instructions for turning off and on the SingleCellExperiment object's tibble visualisation are now included in the vignette and README.
A more informative message is produced by 'join_features', describing why a tibble is returned and what the appended abundance columns are named.
