Give Option of Viewing Diffs of Renders Between Markdown File Versions #26

Currently when I look at a diff of a markdown file before committing, I see the raw text of the readme. It's easy to miss the changes when viewing the raw because there's so much going on. Being able to view the diff of the rendered markdown would be very helpful.
