  1. should the bot provide two nice emojis for + / -?
  2. Should the bot respond to 👍🏻 / 👎🏻 or similar (existing emoji widely available in Discord)
  3. Adding a user a real stemount++ for example may need to be configurable e.g. accept a load of positive emojis like star :star: 💯 🥇 ❤️
