See https://github.com/stemrollerapp/stemroller/blob/main/.github/workflows/build-windows.yml#L27 - StemRoller folder needs to be moved up one level from dist and placed adjacent to the SFX maker.

Re-releasing today - should be fixed. Version 2.0.0 release and tag have been deleted and will be replaced by new version with fixed Windows self-extractor, since using another version number would trigger the in-app updater but there are no changes to app functionality in this version.
