Fixes #58: Getting error stating that request module is not installed. #59

Adding request npm package to dev dependencies to reduce friction when running npm init stencil and targeting stencil-app-starter.

This is only a temporary workaround and not the permanent solution.

@adamdbradley I understand that this is a workaround. How far is the solution from release?
