Moving .spec and e2e test files under test folder to compensate with new changes.

Because this PR has not had a response from the author in https://github.com/ionic-team/stencil-component-starter/pull/90 (which contains the same changes), I’m going to close this PR without merging it. If you feel this change is worthwhile, please open a new PR explaining the justification for these changes.
