Update postcss to ^7.0.2 #8

Using the latest postcss-import I get:

Unknown error from PostCSS plugin. Your current PostCSS version is 6.0.20, but postcss-import uses 7.0.2. Perhaps this is the source of the error below.
[ ERROR ]  postcss: src/components/co-logo/co-logo.pcss: src/components/co-logo/co-logo.pcss
           undefined

Does anything speak against going up?

@bitflower you might want to close this issue as @manucorporat as update postcss package
