JATS: Decode <collab> Article authors as members of the Organization #690

This issue is a continuation of https://github.com/stencila/encoda/issues/550 which added ability to decode <collab> authors as an Organization. However the relationship between the collab group and the authors within were are currently not being captured.

With the update to Schema, we should now capture the individual authors as members of the collab Organization.
