Stencila integration #1

Changes to allow integration into stencila/stencila using the Mini function library mechanism.

The engine is running again, and now integrated with Texture. Sheets to come! Think it would be good time now to get back to the develop branch and have npm preview releases for the sub modules. I released texture 1.0.0-alpha.4-preview.2 today, and we also have substance 1.0.0-preview2. Now only mini-core is missing.

@nokome Can you get this PR merged and an npm release (0.1.0) published?

Stencila bloody-edge should then be running with npm install and npm start and we would be good to merge to develop.
