Release 0.27 will add some new methods to Stencila hosts:environ, install, and change some existing ones start, stop etc to make it easier for users to launch hosts. This issues is to this package what this issue is to the Node package. Those changes have been stubbed out in the node package with comments linking to the R package where those changes have already been implemented.
