The javascript console reports:

XML Parsing Error: syntax error
Location: blob:http://localhost:8888/b940a156-8f4e-2548-9739-ee0ea1197072
Line Number 1, Column 1

TWICE, upon adding the second tree (which results in a call to render), but this does not appear to effect the functionality.

I don't see that this issue has persisted.
