Badge next step instructions #2

When a person gets an email with a badge, it would be nice to have clear next steps explaining what you can do from there. An obvious thing is getting the badge into your Backpack which can be done currently via file upload, or we could add a helper page that invokes the Issuer API and provide a link to that if desired.

How about this "Woohoo! < issuer name > has sent you the < badge name > badge. What's next?" Step 1: Download your badge by clicking < here > Step 2: Upload it to your < Backpack! > Step 3: Why not return the favor and < make a badge > for someone you love.

Step 1-3 could be Open Sans SemiBold #7AD69C

I don't think we can provide a reliable download link across browsers. Modern browsers will let us, but I believe in older browsers you have to do the "right click and Save as..." business.

I suppose I should also note that I doubly have no idea how different email clients will handle this!
