canceling from preview should keep fields #25

Oh, one difficulty with this is that the server can't set the file value on a file field, and although there's a hidden field workaround in play, it will always look a bit odd to the user I suppose to have lost their selected file when they go back.

I think this will be easier if I build a slightly more complex file input that includes a preview or something, maybe.
