Mailing list vs Trello: core group and extended group
Core group (administrative) (to be developed) responsible for strategy development. General (extended group) - all are welcome.
Financial planning: How do we turn the priorities in the document into an action plan for funding applications with a year (or multi-year) plan?
Our group will probably have an independent budget in the future. (publication costs, social arrangements etc, education, common books (mini libary)).
Activities supported by grants. Larger projects including more persons should be planned in the future.
At the university peer review of large applications are mandatory.
At STENO - not as streamlined - but plan for future applications should be developed. The group presented several applications that are under development.
Planning of moving to new building - we should express interests of how to optimize our collaboration in the future.
