I’m about to start implementing the OSDC diabetes classification algorithm in the DARTER project on Statistics Denmark.
The algorithm will also need to be extended and modified to accomodate newer/older data formats and additional use cases. As we discussed at the Epi group day, I want to set up a steering group to guide this effort, and I would like to invite everyone with an interest in the topic. If you want to join, please leave a comment on this card or send me an email (andaas@rm.dk) and I will arrange a group meeting in January to kick things off.
The ultimate aim is to convert the algorithm into an R package that allows researchers to easily generate their study populations based on a common and validated algorithm.
