install ukbaid package #4

Hi Luke, I encountered an issue when installed ukbAid package. It stopped at duckdb step. Usually it took less than 5 minutes to install the package, but it has been more than 1 hour and has not been successful. I tried both yesterday and today, running with same issues. It also happened to @nunonog @Fie-Langmann. Could you help check? Thank you so much!

Unfortunately it is probably a RAP issue... Maybe you can try contacting them and asking about it as well? I will look into it too, but not sure how much help I can be here, if it normally worked and now it doesn't. Because ukbAid hasn't changed.

Thank you so much for the quick response. The package could be downloaded after more than 1 hour, so probably due to the RAP server.
