Protect main branch #20

Following the protection rules we have in the Seedcase repos, we might consider enabling the following protection rules for main:

Require a pull request before merging
Require status checks to pass before merging
Restrict who can push to matching branches

Nice suggestion @signekb. I did it! @Aastedet I've now set it so only I can push to main. So any changes you make you will need to make a PR so we can review it. If you need a review of the workflow, you can ask @signekb for a brief tutorial :stuck_out_tongue:
