There might be some overlap with the textual description in #35 , but we'll see (I'm working on it)

I will close this draft.

Instead, I have created two separate PR's for closing #26.

Please refer to #71 for the functionality flow of extracting the diabetes population and #75 for the functionality flow of classifying the diabetes type from the diabetes population.
