Have one issue per meeting or one issue for all meetings? #8

Should we have one issue per meeting (mimicking the Trello cards setup) or have all the minutes and agendas in one issue (like I just did right now with #7)?

Not sure there will be that many meetings, so keeping the one issue with all meetings as currently done right now.
