@arborzhang also have no issue with this, but it's best to finish up one project before working on another, considering you still have a lot to fix with the current project (and you also have another project too that you haven't worked on for a while, is that abandoned?).

The MEBO project was originally embedded in the dmm project. The syntax of dmm is already complicated, it will be even more complex if I add the mediation analyses as there are two bundles of mediators, each containing at least 5 variables and measured at at least two time points. Thus I decided to separate the mediation study as an individual project. I have talked with Daniel about the decision. Hope it makes sense. Best, Jie

I am not sure what you mean I have a lot to fix with the current project, could you be more specific? If you mean the protocol, I have created a quarto file for the protocol, but not sure of the procedure of how to upload it like Neils did. The whole procedure is not clear.

Ah, kinda like what Fie did for her project. Cool, good idea!

Your current project needs a much clearer and reproducible pipeline. I'll a few issues on it in that repo. As for the protocol, yes, it isn't a clear process, I agree. If it has been reviewed by others, I can add some code to upload it to Zenodo and then it will be done ☺️

Sounds great! Niels, Nuno, Fie and I will sit together to discuss the process for the protocol tomorrow. It will be cool if we can upload it to Zenodo in one go :)
