Added bomb objects and a bomb script. Updated level environment to play around with bombs. Updated other scripts to react to bomb explosions. It's not totally finished, but I wanted to get the basics in and deal with other stuff as bug fixes.

Hmm, merge conflicts in the scene. Dealing with conflicts might be tricky here.
