task progress still contuinue even task completed

task.Progress.ProgressChanged += (s, e) => Console.WriteLine($"Progress: {e.Percentage} %");

            // cancel the upload
            // cancellation.Cancel();

            try
            {
                // error during upload will be thrown when you await the task
                Console.WriteLine("Download link:\n" + await task);
            }

I try to show a progress view in progress changed method. task progress shows progress view even task is done. task.progress still gives value even await task is completed. how to prevent this ?.
