Move everything into precise.py, different classes but all one file #46

That way no more sys.path.insert() trouble!

@schrodinstein Can you rearrange the files a bit? I moved everything into precise.py but its stuck in the sig_float directory. I have no idea how to move stuff around without breaking github, can you move that file to the main directory?
