Current Quarkus version includes a small bug #1

Update to 1.11.5.Final or 1.12.1.Final to fix quarkus/quarkus - Issue #15496 - Quarkus Dev-Mode does not work, when M2_Repo path contains a Space.

Both version compile fine and run, but no further tests were done at this point.

also org.testcontainers:testcontainers should be updated to 1.15.2, see https://github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-java/issues/3574
