Use vim-startify, alpha-nvim or dashboard-nvim #23

I hesitate between use https://github.com/mhinz/vim-startify, https://github.com/goolord/alpha-nvim (implemented in Lua) or https://github.com/glepnir/dashboard-nvim (implemented in Lua).

I will test https://github.com/goolord/alpha-nvim which seems to be the most modern.
