Update api version call #31

Hello @Veterini ,

Thanks for your contribution but this pull request https://github.com/stephaneey/azure-apim-extension/pull/32 is a better approach. The default API version remains the current one while users may choose to use the last one as well. So, I'm going to keep this one instead.
