Hello! I was wondering if Smart Model Selection (SMS) is an option in the command line? I did not see it in the manual. Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi there. Nope. SMS is not a command line option provided by PhyML. It is a separate tool (see http://www.atgc-montpellier.fr/sms/)
