Updated spec files from Khronos #5

Just wanted to let you know...

The spec files on Khronos' site seem to have been updated, apparently for OpenGL 4.3: enum.spec is dated 28 Sep 2012 and gl.spec is dated 26 Nov 2012.

Unfortunately, it appears that all of the problems currently addressed by gl.spec.FIXED are still present in this release.

Thanks for the heads-up!

I once submitted a bug for one of the issues but never heard of it. I suspect they only care about their own tools to create C headers, for which the issues don't matter.
