POI Altitude and Action Delay Setup #15

Include a POI setup to set a default POI altitude. POIs created along a route may require the same altitude. Use the standard mouse right-click entry for the POI setup dialog. The altitude could include a configurable safe height above terrain. Furthermore, POIs could feature actions and associated action delays. Landing and take-off POIs do not require safe height restrictions.

An issue that needs to be addressed is editing a POI which leads to the selection of the next POI and preventing the user from immediately opening the respective POI dialog.

This topic could be related to waypoint slots in order to acomodate holding and loitering.
