Once made by the customer, feedback should be automatically sent to the employees who handled the order.
We would send out an automatic thank you email to the customers who leave the feedback, and employees should be able to get back in touch with the customer who has a really unpleasant experience with us.
This should be done in a "star" format, with a perfect order being seven stars out of seven. You should also be able to make comments on why you are giving that rating so that the restaurant employees can view your feedback. Also, other customers on the site should be able to see how the restaurant has been rated by customers in the past.
