Describe the bug
If instant messaging information was previously added to a contact in Zoho Mail (desktop), it will be destroyed when the contacts are saved on the smartphone (Android & iPhone).
Previously saved information on desktop:
Details when editing a contact on the smartphone:
Result on the desktop:
...and now it gets crazy: However, the smartphone apps still show the content saved on the smartphone immediately after editing, which makes you think that everything has been saved correctly:
...but unfortunately only until a new synchronization of the contacts takes place in the background (if the synchronization works at all). And then this information is lost without the user even noticing.
So this is every user's nightmare, when data is lost in the background and you don't even know about it immediately!
