5) group_by + thinking through decades + find the top speaker of the word ‘democracy’ of any given decade, find their longest speech (Fri Feb 26 troubleshooting w Rob) - Feb 22-24-26

Add code to digital-history/hist3368-week5-group-by/ to find the top speaker of the word "democracy" for any given decade.

Also find this speaker's longest speech (i.e. the speech with the most words.)
