Doesn't handle ICs with more than 32 pins #110

1. Add an IC to the board.
2. Double click the IC to edit it.
3. Try to set the pin count to 40.

I expect that the program should be able to handle 40 pins, however, the 
program only will let me go as high as 32 pins.

Running diylc 3.0.9 on Mac OS X 10.6.8 using Java 1.6.0_29.
