Zero sized holes in not zero

1. Add a solder pad 
2. Set the hole size of the pad to zero

Expected result : No hole
Actual result: A one pixel hole

Not that big a deal, I know. Not that hard to fix either.

ps. It was on this one board I was gonna use it as a filler to save on etchant 
in a spot where the ground plane couldn't reach.
