Folded electrolytic capacitors

Suggestion for a new component (or modification to the existing one).

An electrolytic capacitor that's been folded down flat against the board to 
save build height (as we've seen on the Little Angel).

Settings for:
-Width
-Height
-Flip (so you can get the polarity right, or left :) ).
-Lead length (folded tight or "relaxed").
-Lead spacing
-Polarized
-And the usual suspects, name, display, rotation ...

I see the component as having one control point rather than two. The cap 
centering between the lead spacing. 

With the polarized unticked this could even be used for mylar caps folded down.
