Could not create radial ceramic capacitor #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to add the ceramic capacitor
2.All other capacitors work
3.

What is the expected output? To add a ceramic capacitor to my design
What do you see instead? "Could not create component.  Check log for details." 
error.

Whenever possible, please attach the latest log file. It will
provide valuable information when trying to reproduce and locate the
problem. Log files can be found in the log directory under the main
application directory and are marked with date and time.

What version of the product are you using? DIDLC3.21.0
On what operating system? Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
