...or rather a feature-request...

I wanted to give a copperfree outline to the copper-traces and -solderpads and 
so on..
I recently read of people doing this with some photoshop-software, but that 
sounds like too much..

So I tried to use a 'fattened' copy of the traces and stuff..

1. It would be nice to be able to select all the copper (-traces, -pads etc.) 
...
1b. ...and to be able to change the color (and width) at once
..this just works for a homogenous selection, it seems..

2. The actual bug is rather that I can't place ("outline"-) solderpads beneath 
the (copper-) trace.
So in general one can't change the order of trace-pad-dot, I think..
Btw. Why is the "dot" on top?

The attached file should give you an impression. I tried to get it done...
