What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change for example the properties of "chopper trace"
2. right mouse click "save as template"
3. write a name and press enter
4. check if templates are available: no! (every time with every item)
5. no entry into config.xml is written
6. with version 3.28 everything worked ok!
7. log file is the same as 3.22 no abnormalities
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
osx 10.6.8.
