What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open diylc.exe
2. Open diylc.exe
3. Open diylc.exe
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Whenever I try to open diylc by using diylc.exe I get the following error
message from Java Virtual Machine Launcher:
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
I can open diylc by opening the diylc executable jar file.
Whenever possible, please attach the latest log file. It will
provide valuable information when trying to reproduce and locate the
problem. Log files can be found in the log directory under the main
application directory and are marked with date and time.
There is no log for this error.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using the 3.28.0 diylc on windows 7 64bit premium.
Please provide any additional information below.
I had to remove diylc earlier by accident and re-download it today. I was using
version 3.28.0 before as well and it worked perfectly. I tried redownloading
the zip file multiple times thinking something happened and the file was
corrupt, but it didn't make any difference.
