Pressing pause doesn't end playback immediately #49

Whatever is in the buffer is still played after pressing pause.  Should
look into a way to stop WaveOut output immediately without losing the
position in the file.

Changes must be immediate.  Same goes for volume.

Perhaps a related issue. When I load MC2 for the first time and then open a 
track, it
hangs for about 5 seconds before playing the track. Doesn't do it again until to
close and open MC2 again.
