Some borders don't show up in some light themes #5

#results, #splitresults, and #folder elements' borders are semi- to mostly-invisible in some light themes.

The .linedwrap border is hardcoded as #c0c0c0 in jquery-linedtextarea.css. Will need to override this.

Fixed in 1.0.1
