AirFoil/iTunes support missing (ALAC) #9

AirFoil/iTunes both only seem to transmit via ALAC, without PCM support..

Will need to add PCM support to nodetunes for this to happen. See https://github.com/stephen/nodetunes/issues/1

I was looking into the Sonos use-case and Sonos seem to support ALAC and ACC so I'm wondering if the mp3 encoding via lame simply could be removed?

NodeTunes would simply then open a stream of what-ever which Sonos can connect to?

Thank you for airsonos, airplay works well from my iPhone. If you get iTunes streaming sorted it would be awesome.

The docker on synology is fantastic, can keep airsonos running without issue. Airplay streaming from a Windows PC via iTunes 12 also works now. This is great!

@stephen: I notice that stephen/nodetunes/issues/1 was closed with the PR from @microadam. However, I have not been successful in getting AirFoil for Windows to stream to Sonos speakers - I'm running airsonos from the github repo on Debian. Is the patch that has been added to nodetunes not sufficient to support AirFoil?

Same thing here, couldn't make airsonos work with either Tuneblade or Airfoil.

I am also getting white noise when playing through itunes. I don't follow what i need to do in order to stop this. I am using windows 10.
