Added selectedVillage ref to initialize selectedVillage as null
Modified the onMounted hook to fetch administrative units by county
Added watchers for selectedSubCounty, selectedWard, selectedlocation, selectedSublocation, and selectedVillage
Adjusted the conditional rendering of the sub-county and location select elements to always display options when data is available
