Feature Request: Multicast RTP support #216

It would be nice to have "Multicast RTP support", https://github.com/stephendade/Rpanion-server/issues/214

@stephendade If there is multiple device on the network, I think it's good to use RTP.

one for people monitoring, one for vechicle analysis.......etc.
