Updates icons to more strictly align to 24px grid. The shapes have been adjusted enough to deserve at least a minor version bump.
The preview document fonts/microns.html has been replaced be fonts/preview.svg image.

EOT files have been removed and are no longer generated, addressing issue #8.
An additional 36 icons have been created, addressing issues #11 #12 #13 #14 #15 and #16.
