Drop unused fb_csrf templatetag #71

This templatetag isn't used in the templates, and appears to be from the days of yore when CSRF support was just being added to Django. Looks like django-filebrowser copied the templatetag for backwards compatibility, but now the csrf_token has been in Django for a long time and there's no need for this file.
