MEDIA_URL -> settings_var.MEDIA_URL #95

It doesn't appear that the view that the /browse view includes the MEDIA_URL at the top level namespace. See https://groups.google.com/forum/?_escaped_fragment_=topic/mezzanine-users/drIVDzMXWa4#!topic/mezzanine-users/drIVDzMXWa4.
