[feature request] Creating / sending files to server #3

Would be nice to have possibility to create new blank files on ftp account 

Desired functionality:
* from context menu choose "New File" menu item, this will...
* create temporary local file
* send it to ftp
* delete temp file
* open new remote file in gedit

;)

This has been implemented and is available in the latest release.
