Add more details in form metadata tooltips #35

For example, there are three different types of irregular forms in JMdict: irregular okurigana, irregular kana, and irregular kanji forms. Jitendex merges them together and labels any form with one of these metadata tags as "irregular."

I think that is fine for the irregular forms, but the "outdated" forms are more complicated. The "outdated kanji" tag is now only being used for forms using old kanji. The "outdated kana" tag has more than one meaning, none of which have anything to do with old kanji forms. I need to update the metadata tooltips to make their meanings clear.

In version 4.0 I updated the symbols to use 古 for old readings and 旧 for old kanji forms. Their tooltip / hover text descriptions also explain their meanings. I think I'm happy with this setup for now.
