Add puppetdb_version parameter to master,storeconfigs #88

This was so I could specify what version to install for puppetdb-terminus, I also alphabetized the storeconfigs parameters. I thought about writing tests for this but it seemed like a really basic change that would have a very low impact and writing a test would be over-the-top. However, if you want me to whip something up, I can certainly do that.
